Set inside one of London’s beautiful Victorian railway buildings and right next to Paddington Station you couldn’t ask for a better base for exploring the city. Hyde Park, Little Venice, Notting Hill and Kensington Gardens are all nearby, with the rest of London just a tube ride away.

A couple of days exploring, slow breakfasts and a very comfy room to come back to. The perfect little London staycation. 🤍

A little maze of colourful streets, sun-soaked piazzas, tiny boutiques and cafés tucked into every corner. Days spent wandering with no real plan, stopping for marinara pizza, lemon granita and an Aperol or two, before somehow always ending up back by the water.

Amalfi in the summer is busy, a little chaotic and ridiculously beautiful… exactly as Italy should be. ♥️

We spent the weekend tucked away in one of their gorgeous Hideaway Huts on the Farncombe Estate and honestly, I could have happily stayed there for a week.

Our hut had its own private garden, firepit and hot tub, so naturally most evenings ended with a glass of something fizzy, watching the sun set from the bubbles with nothing but countryside around us. 🥂

We spent our days taking long walks around the estate, wandering down to the lake, reading in the sunshine and popping into nearby Broadway for a little mooch around its honey-coloured streets and pretty shops.

Food was a big part of the weekend too. We had such a lovely dinner at Hook, @thefishhotel’s restaurant, followed by slow mornings over cappuccinos and a Full Fish English breakfast. And with sheep and their little lambs grazing in the gardens beside us, even dinner came with some very cute company. 🐑

Back at our hut, we made s’mores over the firepit before climbing into the hot tub and watching the last of the light disappear over the estate.

Just a couple of days of good food, fresh country air, long walks and nowhere we needed to be.

The loveliest little weekend in the Cotswolds.
