Greek blues, tzatziki and gyros are calling me but first Türkiye… turquoise water, sleepy coastal towns, long seaside lunches, hidden coves and sunsets that somehow never get old.

A little collection of moments from one of my favourite countries. From the stunning coastline to the incredible food and laid-back summer atmosphere, this country always has a way of pulling me back. 💙

Cairo: where you spend the morning looking at 4,500-year-old pyramids and the evening eating dinner overlooking the Nile like it’s completely normal 🇪🇬 We stayed at @fscaironp, which quickly became our little oasis between adventures.  One minute you’re navigating the wonderfully chaotic streets of Cairo, the next you’re sipping coffee with Nile views wondering how this is your actual life. Highlights? The Pyramids, the incredible Grand Egyptian Museum, far too much food, and being completely blown away by the history around every corner. Safe to say Cairo surprised me in the best possible way. ✨

Summer in Alaçatı 🌞 a small town on Türkiye’s Çeşme peninsula, known for its stone houses, colourful streets, boutique hotels, windmills, and some of the best summer evenings on the Aegean coast.

It’s the kind of place where mornings start slowly with Turkish breakfast, afternoons disappear by the sea, and the streets stay busy until late with people eating, shopping, and sitting outside in the warm air.

Back where it all started for me 15 years ago And it’s still one of my favourite summer destinations after all these years 🧿🌞
